Join the fun every Tuesday at the Caffeinated Cow for our Deaf Coffee Chat – a cool spot where deaf people, ASL students, and even kids gather! Yep, you heard it right. Caffeinated Cow— such a great name, huh?— offers ice cream and coffee among many other delicious goodies.
What’s Deaf Coffee, you ask? It’s a general term in the deaf community for places where deaf people and ASL students get together to socialize on a regular basis. We’re proudly listed on the national Deaf Coffee directory: Colorado Springs Deaf Coffee.
Whether you’re fluent in ASL or just starting to learn, everyone is welcome! Bring your friends and your kids (hearing, hard-of-hearing, or deaf). Let’s make Tuesdays awesome!
Wondering about the weather, holidays, or if I’ll be there? Feel free to shoot me a message for any inquiries or just to say hi.
We kick off at 9:00 AM and keep the good times rolling until we’re all caffeinated up. Find us at the Caffeinated Cow, located at 1791 S. 8th Street, Colorado Springs, Colorado. [Link to Google Maps]
Caffeinated Cow has a cozy, shaded backyard where we often hang out during nice weather. We got popular and ran out of chairs! So please bring your own portable chair just in case.
I hope to see you there!
